Travel Portland

No matter what it is you’d like to be, do, eat or drink — even if you’ve never tried it before — You Can, in Portland. The mission of Travel Portland is to strengthen the region’s economy by marketing the metropolitan Portland region as a preferred destination for meetings, conventions and leisure travel.

Oregon Zoo

The 64-acre Oregon Zoo is located in Portland, a city and surrounding metropolitan area of 2.26 million people. Attendance in 2011 exceeded 1.6 million.

OMSI, collaborating with partners, will ignite an education transformation at the intersection of science, technology, and design, and weave a thriving innovation district into the fabric of Portland, that spreads opportunities across the Northwest.

Portland's Children's Museum

Instead of investing in precious objects, they use familiar materials to craft priceless opportunities for children to learn through play. Their approach is inspired by the early childhood schools of Reggio Emilia, Italy; built on inquiry-based learning strategies; and influenced by a strong image of children as intelligent, creative, and resourceful.
